1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadsMH CRM service ("Service"), a product of Reservo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reservo concerning your use of the Service.

2. Service Description

LeadsMH is a customer relationship management (CRM) software service designed for industries with complex sales cycles. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Service for your internal business purposes
  • Use the Service in accordance with its documentation
  • Create and manage user accounts for your authorized users

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable Indian laws
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Any consequences of your use or misuse of the Service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reservo and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RESERVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESERVO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESERVO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RESERVO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

SPECIAL NOTICE: RESERVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU USING THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reservo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Specifically, the Karnataka High Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reservo regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Reservo relating to the Service.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
